Guarantees

If you are unhappy with the performance of any Bioflow product you have purchased, in the first instance please contact us by phone or email guarantees@hotspot.co.nz and we may be able to provide further advice about the product and troubleshoot possible problems you may be having.

The Ecoflow Company Guarantee:

" Our rare earth ceramic magnets are manufactured to a high quality and specification, allowing us to provide a lifetime guarantee on the magnetic properties. If you are not satisfied with the performance of any of our products, simply return it within 90 days to the distributor from whom it was purchased for a refund. A small amount, never more than 15% of the purchase price, will be deducted to offset handling and administration costs.

The magnetic properties of your product are guaranteed for life.

Your Bioflow is guaranteed against faulty workmanship and parts, subject to normal conditions of use, for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Customer Loyalty Scheme

If at any time you would like to exchange or upgrade your Bioflow for any brand new product within the range, simply return it to your distributor and they will credit you 50% of the price you paid for that particular product towards the cost of your new one.

Damaged or faulty goods.

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.

To contact us regarding returns of damaged or faulty goods, please e-mail guarantees@hotspot.co.nz prior to sending.

If returning products, please be aware that the responsibility of returning them to us safely rests with the customer and the method they choose to return them by. Refunds will only be issued once the goods are in our possession.

Privacy

At Personalised Pets we want to make your shopping experience as safe, satisfying, convenient and pleasurable as possible. So we take your privacy very seriously. When you order from this website you do so through a secure provider to protect your credit card information. We ask you for your email address and we need to know your first and last names, your delivery address, your telephone number (in case any of our customer service staff need to contact you regarding your order) and your credit card information. The information, which we receive from you, is used to process orders and remains with us. We do not sell or trade or share this information with anyone.

Delivery

Delivery is by courier to your street address, unless you wish to deliver to a post office box, in which case Parcel Post is used. Orders are usually confirmed by email and dispatched within 24 hours of verification of payment details. If there is an undue delay for any reason you will be contacted by email regarding this. Overseas orders are sent by international air freight.
